Hit Like A Girl

Every 98 seconds an American is sexually assaulted?

April is sexual assault awareness and prevention month and we want to do our part to change those numbers, empower women, and give back to the community.

We have partnered up with Long Drop Cider and Faces of Hope Victim Center to offer you a unique opportunity.  Join us at LongDrop Cider Co. for an hour and a half of self protection and empowerment training from Idaho’s premiere Krav Maga training center.

Lead instructor, Tracie Ide, will be teaching this powerful seminar so come find out what it REALLY means to hit like a girl and act like a lady!  This event is open to women age 21 and up.

What does an Idaho Krav Maga Women’s Self Defense Seminar look like?
